Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Noah Kahan gear as much as the music, but if something isn't right, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original tags are attached and the parcel is properly sealed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 7-10 business days.
